Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Oshu Studios. Each order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below:
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. USPS delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on the destination.
Priority shipping will be available at checkout for an additional $5.99 for faster shipping!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
We recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.
