Refunds & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Oshu Studios, where each piece is thoughtfully reworked or upcycled from secondhand materials! Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below:

Returns

We accept returns only within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at themellowmidnight@gmail.com and let us know why you were unhappy with your purchase

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with any original tags or packaging intact

- You are responsible for return shipping costs

We do not accept returns after 7 days

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

- You request a cancellation before the order has shipped

- You return your order within 7 days of the delivery date and the item is still in pristine condition

If your order has already been shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund. We cannot issue refunds for items in transit or delivered, unless they arrive damaged or significantly not as described (see below).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Final Sale

All items are final sale after the 7-day return window. This policy ensures the integrity of our slow-made process and respect for the time and effort behind every upcycled piece.
